The group
The place of the situation is a banks dealingroom. on that point ar octet young professional dealers, most of them with more than 3 old age experience in a dealingroom. Half of them deliver towering educational background. They are motivated mainly by money. There are four different desks with different type of business.
Money grocery desk: The main target of the desk is liquidity and interest rate management. The earn producing ability of the desk is low. The job here is not stressful, and basically it is sometimes boring. The two dealers have been working here for 8 years. They have not high educational background, but they have grand experience.
Foreign Exchange desk: This desk manages the foreign exchange risk of the bank, but because of the increase it has a great profit producing ability. The dealers can stretch out fanciful positions on their own, and with the approval of the chief dealer they can open huge strategic FX positions for the bank. In an ordinary dealing room, this desk stimulate more than the half of the profit of the whole room. But this is not true in our situation, the profit of the desk is very low.
