* College courses are required for the job and you would have to have them to be able to do the job. Experience is strongly considered and sometimes required as well.

4. Does your company offer on the job training?
The company offers on the job training for getting used to the actually facility and the job, but to be in the Athletic Training field or Physical Therapy field your training has to come from college.

5. Do you anticipate the need for this position continuing in the next 5 -10 years?
