Abstract
This paper will mop up the results and description of experience after taking a self-administered steamy Intelligence (EI) test. An explanation of turned on(p) science, along with examples and theories regarding Emotional Intelligence. The richness of Emotional Intelligence and how this can be enhanced.


















Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence (EI) is ones top executive to be control, perceive and evaluate emotions (Dictionary.com, 2012). It is snarl that emotions contain information regarding the relationships in our lives and that when something good or drear happens we have the ability to manage our emotions and create motivation from it. In 1995, Daniel Golemans wrote a book called Emotional Intelligence in which he felt that love and spirituality, along with compassion and generosity were connected in a somebodys ability to learn, grow and adapt. Fact, everyone has value.
When introducing this theory, Mr. Goleman felt that there were two aspects in emotional intelligence (Goleman, 2010).



First, he felt that individually a person had to understand themselves along with their goals, intentions, responses and behavior. Secondly, we need to understand others and their feelings, not dependable our own. Basically, how to we handle ourselves in any situation that presents itself to us is a good measure for emotional intelligence. For example, John Miller has to wee-wee a speech on a touchy lawsuit in front a crowd of tribe that he has never met before. How does he handle this? It takes emotional intelligence for a person to get a read on the people in the room and then react accordingly.
