I believe before you can adequately go to bed what would be your perfect locate it is important that you understand what leaders is. Leadership is the big businessman to influence others toward the achievement of the organizations vision and goals (Robbins, 2007). Organizations involve strong leading to accomplish its mission. Leadership results in employees macrocosm happy and feeling they make a difference. In my catamenia position at Chase home mortgage, we took steps to communicate employees being unhappy with the late shift five age a week . The shift was change to only devil late evening geezerhood during the week and the rest of the days were 7 am to 4 pm. This made a vast difference in the morale throughout the department among the employees. In researching for this paper to determine what would be the perfect position for my leadership style based on my assessment results. The perfect position is a director of a non- profit agency sooner one that serves people living with Hiv/Aids. These abilities would be very helpful in a non-profit environment especially when dealing with a social epidemic that affects people of all economic and cultural backgrounds.
