❖ Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
Maslow’s theory is based on human needs. According to Maslow if we fulfil human needs they allow force motivated themselves. In order to describe human needs Maslow has introduced a gain, Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs.
In the tramp in that location argon Physological needs of workers, such as in that location salaries, good working conditions, better place of work etcetera The owners if they fulfil these conditions the workers will be motivated themselves.
Then at that place are safety needs of workers, such as there pension after the retirement, safe working conditions, and in whatsoever case queasy pay. These factors will also motivate the workers.
Social needs, belongingness and love are also factors which can motivate the employers. Office parties and informal clubs count in social needs.
The most important need accord to some workers is esteem or respect.
Some workers like to have a bun in the oven promotion and there name in the company and if they get these they will work properly.
The need of workers which comes at the top of the pyramid is self-actualisation. Promotions of workers, there funding and leave for further education is also a way of motivation.
