things to do because it keeps one in shape. When one runs races, or just
runs for fun, it helps one to lose the weight that they need to loose and take a shits one feel better ab out(p) themselves because one knows that when they run they may not loose a lot of weight notwithstanding no matter what, they are still losing some weight. Secondly, zip is one of my favorite things to do because it can be fun. Running by yourself can sometimes get boring, but if you forge your I-pod, phone or MP3 player it makes it more fun. It makes it more fun because therefore one would have motivation because one would motivation to run to the beat of the music or sing out loud. Making one have more fun then just running silently. Thirdly, running is one of my favorite things to do because it can be exciting to ones self. Running races isnt exactly healthy for one, but it can get ones heart beating because of all the excitement.



While running a race others would be cheering for one on the side disembowels to make it to the application line. One would want to get to the finish line as fast as one could so that they could win. They would take it all their power so that one could make it to the finish line before the others behind one. That would get ones heart hasten and beating and may give one a locomote of adrenaline, making running more exciting for one. Running races could in like manner be very exciting because one may want to win a medal or trophy because of doing a great job.
