Joy McFarlane Chucho Valdes & group A; The Afro-Cuban Messengers On October 16, 2010 at 8:00p.m, I searched a concert at The LUCKMAN fine arts complex at California State University Los Angeles. It was wonderful. I did non know how well-favoured the complex was. It was my first time learning a course of study there. When I arrived I saw that there was table external of the complex and they were serving drinks. The airwave was very romantic to me. thither were so many people from different culture and diverseness of race. Most of them are Cuban, which was expected since the performers are from Cuba. I attend the concert with a close friend of my family. He was not happy to know that the concert was about Afro-Cuban jazz. But the atmosphere changes all of the feeling he had regarding the concert.

The concert began at approximately 8:00pm on Oct 16. The tickets I bought were seated in the balcony. The set of the ticket was around $12. And it was well worth the price.
